New Units for 2021
We have decided to complete the planning process for the outline planning granted in 2019 for another 10 units of 1000 sq ft each. Our planning consultants are currently getting the documents together for this process and quotes are now being obtained to get these built. Finance has been secured and subject to the usual covid delay, we hope to finish construction in the next 8 months.
Units will be available in size from 1000 sq ft to 5000 sq ft on five year leases with three year breaks. As before, our units will be among the lowest prices on the market with an emphasis on helping small businesses in the local area.
